Sam is an award-winning, self-taught, world-class artist who lives and creates his highly collectable pieces of art in one of North America's most peaceful and serene places: Livingston, Montana. There aren't many artists in the country today whose career, reputation and collectability are soaring as quickly as that of Sam Anton Terakedis. He has received numerous awards: Best of Show, and Collector’s Choice, most recently at one of the world's biggest juried art shows: The Calgary Stampede — where he was awarded "Best New Artist." Sam was recently honoured by the Montana Governor's Cultural Foundation to exhibit his work at the State Capitol. You may also have seen Sam on TV, including programs with A&E, Plum TV, or Cowboy Country TV. His monumental bronze moose installations, 'Bull in the Burn,' a life size black bear, 'Lazy Daze,' and a 1 ¼ life size whitetail deer 'High Tailin' It,' are on a permanent display at the Heritage Park in Calgary. His art is exhibited in galleries across the Western United States, Canada and Europe. Additionally, his works are a part of impressive private collections around the world.
