Natasha Perdomo, is a painter and jeweler currently living in Miami. Graduated in Spanish Language and World Literature from the Instituto Superior Pedagógico Félix Varela, Santa Clara, Cuba. Her art rides at once the burning loins of jewelry, sculpture and contemporary art, creating silver and gem jewels that bizarrely mix precious and industrial metals, tracing a rainbow parabola between high and low, noble and vulgar, underscoring a tendency of the rising 21st Century culture to merge it all and homogenize the differences, if only symbolically.

She has had several solo shows such as Havana Walls, Gastown, Vancouver, 2003, and Walking Beside you in the Buddhist Temple, Havana Gallery, Vancouver, 1997.

Her artworks have been also displayed in numerous curated group exhibitions like CAFÉ XII, White Gallery and Woman embodied, King Gallery, Sangre de Cristo Arts Center, Pueblo, CO, 2011; Haitian Art Relief Fund, ArteAmericas Art Fair, Miami Beach Convention Center, FL., 2010; Abstractomicina, Cremata Gallery, Miami; Ocho de la Ocho, InterAmerican Campus, Miami Dade College, FL, 2009; Cuban Artists, Temple University Rome Campus, Rome, Italy, 2008; Cuban Art Outside Cuba, State University of New York at Buffalo, N.Y.; A Passion for wildlife, Vancouver Museum, Canada, 2006; CAFE III, Arizona State University, Interdisciplinary Arts and Performance Gallery, 2003; Straight from the Heart, Alliance Francoise, Vancouver, 2000.
