Roberta de la Vega created this Southwestern mixed media piece, 30 x 40 inches encased in acrylic. It is a spectacular one of a kind work of art! Provenance on this item is one owner (us.) We purchased this directly from the artist at an art fair back in the 1980's. We would love for someone to enjoy this work of art as much as we have for the past 35 years. It is in mint condition. Roberta de la Vega was inspired to paint from an early age and started by doing portraits of friends and relatives. She began to paint professionally in Venice, CA during the 1960s, at which point she started taking trips to Mexico, where she found inspiration in addition to that of her colorful West Texas heritage and ancestry.
