Antique Saint Louis millefiori nosegay with garland on upset muslin paperweight. The nosegay, with four millefiori flowers in white, blue, coral and apricot, grows from two bright green stems and is surrounded by five green leaves, then encircled by a millefiori garland composed of alternating coral and blue complex canes.
