A Walnut George II lowboy with unusual marlborough legs. The top with crossbanded edge, quarter panelled and with re-entrant corners is over a rectangular case with split drawers over a long drawer and has a scallopped apron. The drawers are overlapping with original hardware and figural veneers with herringbone inlay. Retaining a rich patinated surface, this compact table is a fine addition to any collection. English, circa 1750.
