The piece is in its original mint condition, measures 28 1/2" x 48" unframed. Jim Dine is a major post-war artist who debuted on the New York art scene in the early 1960s. Since then Dine's name has been linked with the Pop Art movement and he has created a wide variety of work: drawings, works on paper, paintings, and sculpture. His subjects have included plants, animals, figures, puppets, and self-portraits, and his depictions of hearts, tools, and robes have become his hallmark images.
